Our name says it all! To start with, we hope you always “Carry On” with your travel plans. Don’t regret saying “could have,” “should have,” “would have”.

When you do go away, we recommend traveling with only a “Carry On” bag and your personal item like a big purse, backpack or small duffle type bag. We will give you plenty of suggestions on how to do that. We can pack for a two-week winter stay in a carry on bag.

The reasons are many as to why packing only a carry on and a personal item are beneficial. First of all, it’s so much less to worry about. Whether that be if your Uber will have enough room for you and your guests bags, or lugging large bags and multiple items around an airport. Think of fitting the bags in a small European hotel room or cruise ship cabin, or having to carry all of these bags up and down stairs or over cobblestone streets. Then there’s the possibility of the bags not arriving on your flight with you.

As we said before, everyone travels differently. These are lessons we learned from our experiences. It’s our recommendation. But it’s your vacation. If you want to bring a big suitcase, then go for it!
